Yachting Events:

We have a fleet of 26 foot Sportsyachts as well as a 38 foot keelboat allowing us to accommodate groups both large and small. Possible events could include:

Regatta – Sportsyachts

Our fleet of identical yachts are ideal to hold a regatta/race series, for employees or clients of any sailing abilities. We start the day with some training, allowing people to learn the ropes in advance of starting the races. Each boat has a qualified skipper allocated to it, and up to 5 people can be added as crew members. We then run a series of races, starting from a committee boat and racing around a set course of inflatable marks. The number of races can be dictated by the length of session you wish for. The regatta option is an ideal way to get people working as a team, planning and strategizing together. The racing area is Dublin Bay, depending on the wind direction and weather conditions it will be located outside the harbour near Seapoint or Salthill.

Sailing Excursions – Sportsyacht

A sail around Dublin Bay or perhaps down around Dalkey Island and into Killiney Bay, aimed at those that are not as competitive but would still like to experience sailing. Your qualified skipper will teach you the ropes, allowing everyone get involved in all aspects of making the boat move from operating the sails to steering. Our skippers will also show you the sights as you sail around the bay. This option is available even with a group as small 5.

The Day Out - What we provide

We provide everything - from safety gear to waterproof clothes to Food & Bar options afterwards. You are accompanied throughout the day by highly competent qualified instructors.

Teamwork, decision making, co-operation and planning are just some of the skills that will be touched on during the day. These are some of the fundamental abilities to making the boat sail. Over the years many companies and various groups have engaged us to help promote and foster the essence of teamwork for their company and we are very proud to have an excellent track record. In the idyllic setting of Dublin Bay your team will work together as a crew to make the boat sail. Put simply the boat cannot manoeuvre without the combined effort, concentration and dedication of its occupants. So for bonding, fostering the sense of working as a team and fun all at once it is hard to better the sport of sailing.
