Ecologist Pádraic Fogarty is editor of the magazine Irish Wildlife and author of Whittled Away: Ireland’s Vanishing Nature (The Collins Press).
Also passionate about our natural heritage is Zoë Devlin, author of Blooming Marvellous: A Wildflower Hunter’s Year (The Collins Press).
Environmental consultant Richard Nairn was the director of BirdWatch Ireland and his previous books include Wild Wicklow (Town House) and Ireland’s Coastline (The Collins Press). His latest book is Dublin Bay – Nature and History (The Collins Press).
The conversation will be led by reporter Ella McSweeney, an Irish food and farming journalist with a particular interest in zoology.
